Built on Audit-Driven Discipline

Austin Jeske spent ten years in U.S. Marine Corps aviation maintenance quality assurance on C-130 aircraft, holding Collateral Duty Inspector, Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative, Quality Assurance Representative, and Safe-for-Flight designations, inspection sign-off authority under continuous government audit. He's currently a construction project manager on multifamily and commercial work, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, with a B.S. in Project Management in progress (minor in software and AI engineering).

That background is the real differentiator here, not the technical one. AS9100-certified machine shops operate under inspection-record and traceability regimes that closely resemble military aviation maintenance. That shared language shortens the trust cycle: in practice, from several meetings down to one.

How We Work

  • Process-side only. We don't touch your networks or IT infrastructure — our work fits alongside your existing ERP and quality systems.

  • Export-control discipline. No technical data is photographed, copied, or retained. Engagements are documented at the process level only.

  • Human authority preserved. Our tools draft; your people review and sign. No document goes out on an automated signature.

  • Measured, not estimated. Every recommendation carries the hours and cost behind it, in writing.
